Common Questions
How often should we do sessions?
Most families start with one session per week. Consistency is important in S2C — regular practice helps build motor skills and confidence with the letterboard. Some families choose to increase frequency as they see progress.
Do you accept insurance?
S2C is not currently covered by most insurance plans. However, some families have had success using HSA/FSA funds or obtaining out-of-network reimbursement. Sofia can provide documentation to support your claims.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full session fee. Sofia understands that life with kids is unpredictable and will work with you whenever possible.
Do you offer financial assistance?
Sofia believes every family should have access to communication support. If cost is a barrier, please reach out to discuss options. Limited sliding-scale spots may be available.
